Contraction Timer

Installation Instructions: No installation required. Just open the spreadsheet.
Usage Instructions:
For use during initial stages of labour during pregnancy.
When a contraction begins, just click the Begin button. When a contraction ends, just click the End button.
The times are automatically filled in, allowing you to concentrate on more important things (like getting ready to go!).
A graph is automatically displayed, showing how frequent the contractions are occurring. This graph automatically plots the last 10 contractions.
You can also enter in times manually if you forget a contraction.

Danny's Draw Power Tools

This is a collection of tools for OOo Draw, written in StarBasic. The tools are accessed by opening up a draw document which contains a control panel of buttons. Each button activates a different tool. Clicking a button brings up a dialog box allowing you to configure how you wish to use the tool. From the tool's dialog box, you can click the Create button, and the tool creates a new drawing of the shape you defined.
The following tools are included in the package:
- Star/Polygon is a tool for creating stars and/or polygons
- Star Outline creates outline star shapes (different to those created by Star/Polygon)
- Flower Gears creates beautiful, complex shapes, such as the one shown above
- Color Wheel creates a wheel of colour. Possibilities include bullseye-type targets, and wheels similar to radar displays
- Squares/Checkerboard draws squares in a regular repeating pattern
- Rulers creates straight rulers, linear dials, or sliding volume controls
- Dials creates round dials, meters, clock faces and similar shapes
- Calendar Maker creates single or multi page calendars
- Understanding HSB Color explains HSB color notation

Duplicate Shape

This installs four new drawing commands into the office. The four commands duplicate the currently selected drawing shape, and then slide the new shape up, down, right or left such that it just touches the original shape.
The commands can be installed as....
- A single Add On menu item containing four sub menu items.
- Four menu items directly on the Add On menu.
- A new top level menu item in the menu bar with four commands.
- Four toolbar items
Removing this from the office, i.e. uninstalling, is as easy as clicking a button.

Interactive Scattergraphs

This is a Calc spreadsheet into which the user can type or paste data, and then display that data using scattergraphs. Of course Calc will produce scattergraphs; the added advantage of this is that it produces scattergraphs which are interactive in the sense that if the user hovers over a point with the mouse, details about that point are displayed. These scattergraphs are in new Draw documents which can be saved, and retain their interactive nature independently of the original spreadsheet.

After installation Multipages tool is accessible with a click on a new button in a tool bar. A panel is displayed which lets you :

- duplicate many empty pages in one action,
- delete many empty pages in one action,
- rename many pages more easily than with usual method,
- change the order of the pages (only with Calc).

This is a suite of macros to perform basic statistical analysis within OpenOffice. These macros give OpenOffice Calc the functionality which Analysis ToolPak gives Microsoft Excel, and many of these routines are unavailable in Excel.

This is a screenplay formatting template for OOo Writer. Macros are used to change style, insert text, etc. The use of macros to change style means that by assigning the macros to keyboard shortcuts, styles can be changed by a keyboard combination.

Seitenspiegel

This is a small macro that can be handy for users that want to create a book or booklet with OpenOffice Writer.
It switches to mirrored page layout and calculates the margins based on the current left (=inner margin) so that:
- The outer margin is twice the inner
- The upper outer corner lies on the sheet (=2 page) diagonal of the page
- The lower outer corner lies on the page diagonal
This is a classical "Satzspiegel" used for traditional books.

This is a macro that makes it easy to e-mail OOo documents in MS Office format. When run, the macro creates an e-mail with the file attached in Word, Excel or PowerPoint format.
A good way to use this macro is to install it as a library and add a "Send in MS Format" item to the File menu.

Text to Columns
